Electrical Panel

Crane electrical control panels serve as the central nervous system of the crane, housing all control and safety components including contactors, thermal relays, limit switches, frequency inverters, PLC systems, and diagnostic devices. Wimac electrical panels are built with IP55 or IP67 protection class enclosures, ensuring reliable operation in dusty, humid, and harsh industrial environments.

Standard operating voltage is 400V 50Hz, with optional 460V 60Hz configuration for overseas installations. The panels are designed for operating temperatures from -40°C to +70°C. For higher temperature environments, integrated cooling systems can be added. All panels include comprehensive safety features such as emergency stops, overload protection, and phase monitoring.
